Reporting to the Manager of Business Development, the Business Development Representative (BDR) works closely with the entire Sales and Marketing teams and is responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities with prospective clients. As the first point of contact for potential customers, enthusiasm for the Axonify platform and the ability to share relevant customer success stories is essential in every interaction created. Using a defined list of ideal customers within your target industry/industries, the BDR introduces Axonify to prospective clients to source and qualify high-quality sales opportunities.
Ideally, this role is based out of our Waterloo, Ontario office. There is flexibility to work in office or virtually - with a requirement to be in the office 20% of the time if you live within 150km from the Axonify office. Alternatively, this role can be done virtually 100% of the time, with the ability to come to our office once per quarter.

If your location falls outside a commutable distance to Waterloo or Toronto, Ontario, you will have the flexibility to work remotely.
