Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the accounting industry.
  • Manage and oversee the marketing department, fostering a collaborative and innovative atmosphere.
  • Create and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, and PPC.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality content that engages our target audience and showcases our expertise.

  • Measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, using data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Organize and participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote the AZ Recruitment brand and generate leads.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably in the accounting or professional services sector.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns, with experience in both digital and traditional marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, customer behavior, and data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging.
  • Leadership skills with experience managing and developing a marketing team.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, analytics software, and content management systems.
