We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to help us attract, hire, and retain top talent in the competitive tech landscape. The HR Recruiter will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our workforce by finding candidates who align with our company values and culture.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job requisition to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and design effective job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Assist in building talent pools for future hiring needs.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and promote Azeus as an employer of choice.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and experience using an ATS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with social media recruiting and networking platforms.
