PMO - Latin America - Remote

Azumo is currently looking for a highly motivated PMO to establish and maintain the PMO framework, ensuring that processes, standards, and tools are followed across all projects. The position is FULLY REMOTE based in Latin America.

This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of project delivery, facilitating resource management, and providing critical project insights and reporting to leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the implementation of the PMO framework, processes, and best practices to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Define and enforce project management standards, including methodology, reporting, and documentation, across all projects.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure proper allocation of resources, effective timeline management, and adherence to project scope.
  • Support the development and maintenance of project roadmaps, plans, and schedules.
  • Track, monitor, and report on project performance metrics such as scope, cost, timeline, and quality.
  • Implement internal processes using Jira.
  • Maintain a continuous focus on improving PMO processes and driving organizational change through project management excellence.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in a PMO role.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in project management methodologies.
  • Proven experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Notion, Zapier or similar platforms (excluding).
  • Experience working with external vendors.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships.
  • Fluent in English (excluding).
  • Based in Latin America.
