We are looking for a passionate and driven Jr. Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, drive execution, and ensure customer success. Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning it with business goals and market needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to develop and launch innovative products.
  • Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Prioritize features and backlog using data-driven insights, balancing business impact and customer needs.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-release improvements.
  • Define and track key product metrics (KPIs) to measure success and iterate based on data.
  • Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and wireframes to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Drive user adoption and engagement through continuous enhancements and optimizations.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Academic degree in Computer Science, Engineering or comparable qualification
  • 2-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in banking domain
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with product management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Aha!.
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and the ability to collaborate with design teams.
  • Knowledge of APIs, cloud technologies, or software development processes is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

  • Experience in [specific industry, e.g., SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, etc.].
  • Understanding of customer psychology and user experience principles.
