Salesforce Administrator

Job Description

This is your opportunity to join our team of forward-thinking, change-making individuals. Operating at the intersection of health and tech, you'll help us shape the future of healthcare.

Our Mission

Healthengine’s mission is to improve access to healthcare by helping Australians find and connect with all primary care providers. We strive to achieve this through Australia’s leading healthcare marketplace, bringing together over 4 million active Australians, and more than 10 thousand practitioners that are powered by our technology - and growing.

We’re all patients, right? So, it’s easy to get behind a mission that seeks to improve the healthcare experience for all Australians.

The Gig

Our Salesforce Administrator role exists to ensure that Healthengine capitalises on the benefits offered by the Salesforce CRM and related software ecosystem. In this role, duties will include managing accounts and licensing, maintaining our databases, training staff on the effective use of Salesforce products and executing change projects affecting object models, screens, flows and data migration.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Salesforce systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and user access, including user setup, roles, profiles, and permissions.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, workflows and solutions using declarative tools like flows and approval processes in Salesforce and data visualisation tools such as Redash.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system errors using debug logs, audit trails, and change history logs.
  • Maintain and oversee system and user management
  • Performing regular health checks, security reviews, and release updates.
  • Ensure data quality through validation rules, duplicate rules, and automation, while managing bulk record updates via tools like Dataloader.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement for platform changes, including requirements gathering, process documentation, and sandbox environment oversight.
  • Support integrated applications like Zendesk, AWS Call Centre Integration, HelloSign, Google Suite, Slack and automation tools such as Zapier.
  • Provide user support, training, and ticket resolution through Jira, while staying up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices.

About You

You're the kind of person who takes accountability in a fast-paced, autonomous and flexible environment. Fast may be your default (like us!) but you never, ever compromise on what’s important, willing to take a steady, more informed approach when it comes to maintaining the trust of our team and customers. You handle change like a pro, and continuous improvement is a way of life. You are not afraid to speak up and share your thoughts respectfully, with the intention of making positive change. You take initiative and drive your own learning journey without waiting for someone to point you in the right direction. And ultimately, you care: about people, health and innovation.

Experience you’ll bring:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or consultant in a similar environment
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or any additional Salesforce Certifications are highly advantageous
  • Salesforce developer experience is highly advantageous
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline would be advantageous
  • Extensive experience in administering and maintaining Salesforce systems, including upgrades, integrations, building flows and database management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, functionalities, and tools, with proficiency in managing user profiles, roles, and access permissions.
  • Strong ability to import and manage sales data, create tailored reports, and generate actionable insights for stakeholders.
