In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing schedules for our interpreters and coordinating language service assignments to ensure timely and effective communication for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate schedules for interpreters to ensure optimal coverage for assignments.

  • Monitor and update scheduling software to reflect accurate availability of interpreters.
  • Handle last-minute changes and cancellations with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Scheduler, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service focus.
