About the Role

As a Marketing Designer at Beam, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity and strategic marketing initiatives that propel our product to new heights. Your design expertise and marketing acumen will be key in creating compelling visuals and engaging content that resonate with our audience and elevate our brand in the AI sphere. As a We are looking for someone who is passionate about building great products, has strong leadership skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Responsibilities

This role combines design excellence with a strong focus on marketing and keeping branding at its heart. This roleYour key responsibilities will entail the following:

  • Develop creative assets that align with marketing strategies and help shape our brand identity.
  • Design innovative and impactful visuals for LinkedIn and other social media platforms to enhance our brand presence and establish Beam as a thought leader in the market.
  • Design website elements such as landing page cards and other visual assets that enhance user experience and drive user interactions and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ideate and develop creative brand assets for case studies, white papers, and physical publications to to showcase our successes, drive engagement, and support business growth.
  • Design banners, panaflex creatives, and other event materials to boost our market presence and contribute to employer branding.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices in the industry to continually improve our design standards.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in design, multimedia design, visual arts, communication design, business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in design with a strong focus on marketing for tech companies.
  • Strong proficiency with Figma for design, along with expertise in other design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar. Experience with Adobe After Effects is preferred.
  • Familiarity and experience with creating animations to enhance visual storytelling.
  • Experience using AI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar for innovative design solutions.
  • Keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality design output that aligns with brand identity.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated with a genuine passion and affinity for new and emerging technologies.
