Growth Lead - Group Practices

Berry Street is a business-in-a-box platform enabling registered dietitians to start and scale private practices that accept health insurance. We provide all of the software needed to run a best-in-class practice + back-office services like insurance contracting, eligibility verification, customer support, claims billing, and even patient acquisition.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly-skilled operator to own our rapidly-growing SMB group practice business line. In addition to enabling sole practitioners to start and grow in private practice, Berry Street also partners with existing group practice owners to help them grow their businesses.

While tied to our core business, this offering is standalone in many ways and requires entirely different GTM motions, higher-touch account management, and more nuanced strategy. You will build out our partnership strategy for lead identification, develop relationships with, and close contracts with group practice owners. Once groups are on the platform, you will work with them to grow their businesses. Your role will have a significant impact on our organization's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with group practice owners and other relevant stakeholders
  • Continuously iterate on the Berry Street pitch and tailor our messaging to maximize our impact in each sales meeting
  • Once on the platform, partner with practices to help them achieve their business goals.
  • In partnership with Practice Success team, manage relationships with dietitians and group practices, handling any escalated issues or concerns
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in sales execution
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to track and improve performance

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or growth roles, ideally in a high-growth startup healthcare environment
  • Experience in selling to small business owners
  • Comfortable building presentations and sales materials
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Proven track record of fast-paced and self-directed execution
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and love of owning of problems end-to-end
