As a Lead Backend Engineer at Bilue, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of exceptional digital experiences. Joining a high-performing team of innovators, you’ll use your technical expertise to build and scale mission-critical backend systems that power seamless, world-class applications. You will have the opportunity to lead by example, driving the design, development, and optimisation of cutting-edge solutions that make a real impact.

With deep experience in AWS/Azure cloud platforms and proficiency in building robust, high-performance services using C# and Node.js, you’ll be at the forefront of solving complex challenges and pushing the boundaries of what's possible. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our clients and the growth of the business, as you collaborate with passionate, like-minded individuals to build scalable and innovative solutions that set new industry standards

Key Responsibilities

• System Architecture: Design and deliver innovative, scalable, and secure backend architectures that power next-gen mobile applications and cloud-based platforms, setting new standards for performance and reliability.

  Team Leadership: Inspire, guide, and empower a team of top-tier engineers, fostering a culture of excellence in code quality, architecture, and development practices to push the boundaries of what’s possible.

  Mobile & Web Integration: Collaborate with web and mobile development teams to create high-performance APIs and services that drive seamless user experiences across platforms, ensuring every interaction is fast, reliable, and intuitive.

  Cloud Solutions: Harness the power of leading cloud platforms (e.g., AWS and Azure) to build resilient, scalable infrastructure that adapts to evolving business needs and delivers exceptional performance at scale.

  DevOps: Lead the charge in optimizing CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments, and streamlining infrastructure management to ensure a seamless, efficient development lifecycle.

  Technical Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges with creativity and precision, driving continuous improvement and optimizing system performance to deliver world-class solutions.

  Stakeholder Communication: Partner closely with product managers, designers, and key stakeholders to define bold, forward-thinking solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery that exceeds expectations and drives impactful business results.

Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of backend development experience with a proven track record of building and scaling high-performance systems.

• 2+ years of experience as a tech lead, successfully guiding teams to deliver complex, impactful projects while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

• Deep expertise in AWS/Azure serverless architecture and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), with hands-on experience driving cloud-first solutions (Certifications are a bonus).

• Extensive commercial experience with C#, Node.js, API Gateways, and microservices architecture, designing and deploying cutting-edge, scalable solutions.

• In-depth understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture, driving seamless communication and efficient, scalable integrations across systems.
