As a Business Development Associate, you will:
Collaborate directly with the CCO and the SVP of Business Development to develop and execute commercial strategies and project development contracts.
Build and maintain financial/commercial models, applying data-driven insights to drive decision-making.
Conduct market and competitive analysis, identifying key opportunities and trends.
Support business development bids and processes, including site-specific analyses and deal models.
Actively participate in marketing, outreach, and pipeline development efforts.
Interface with cross-functional teams, including Licensing and Engineering, to align business objectives.
Track and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of commercial efforts.
Learn and engage deeply with our business model, positioning yourself as a future leader in the company.
2-5 years of experience in business development, consulting, investment banking, or a related analytical role.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, financial modeling, and CRM systems.
A natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
A self-starter who’s curious, detail-oriented, and eager to engage across teams and processes.
Demonstrated ability to present complex data in an impactful and understandable manner.
Passion for clean energy, nuclear power, and building something transformative.
