We need a Sales Development Representative who can help us connect with more awesome clients. If you're someone who:

- Has 3-5 years of B2B tech sales experience under your belt

What You'll Actually Do
Your main mission? Help us find and connect with companies that could use our software development expertise. This means:
Finding the Good Stuff
- Hunting down companies that could really use our help
- Getting creative with ways to reach out to potential clients
- Building a solid pipeline of opportunities
- Keeping track of what works (and what doesn't)
Building Real Connections
- Having genuine conversations with technical decision-makers
- Setting up meetings between prospects and our tech team
- Staying in touch with potential clients throughout the process
- Getting to know the key players in organizations we want to work with
Keeping Things Running Smooth
- Keeping our CRM up to date (you know the drill)
- Working with our tech team to understand what potential clients need
- Making sure opportunities check all the right boxes (budget, timeline, etc.)
- Tracking your progress and sharing wins with the team

Must-Haves:
- 3-5 years of selling B2B tech (bonus points if it's software development or consulting)
- A track record of hitting your numbers
- Experience with longer, more complex B2B sales
- Enough tech knowledge to have intelligent conversations
- Great communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems
- A degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent real-world experience)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience selling professional services
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Understanding of software development and DevOps
- Account-based marketing/selling experience
- Previous success in technical sales
The Numbers Side:
We're looking for someone who can:
- Set up 6-10 solid meetings each month
- Keep our CRM looking sharp
- Hit quarterly pipeline goals
- Turn initial contacts into quality meetings
- Share regular updates on how things are going

- OTE: $100,000 - $130,000
