The Mobility Aftermarket division (MA) in Serbia offers a broad range of services towards MA headquarter in Karlsruhe from areas of product marketing, quality management, trade marketing, purchasing and engineering. MA organization in Belgrade is unique on a global level due to being the only organization outside the central headquarter which performs the same headquarter processes.

Our MA/PUR-Bg group is home to four key teams:

Our Purchasing team secures top-quality materials at competitive prices, optimizing costs and strengthening our supply chain for global customer benefit. Purchasing Quality upholds rigorous standards, ensuring product excellence and customer trust as our team expands. Purchasing Controlling, Strategic, Governance and IT Coordination team drives efficiency and innovation, integrating systems and supporting departments to stay ahead in a digital workplace. Purchasing Sustainability, team serving as a center of competence. Focused on advancing sustainability initiatives across Bosch worldwide, they play an important role in reinforcing our commitment to environmental topics and corporate responsibility.

► You’ll maintain relationships with suppliers and market analysis based on defined strategy
► You’ll systematically monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and activities (quality, logistics, sustainability and commercial)
► You’ll be part of negotiation process for commercial terms and contract management
► You’ll support buyers within specific BU and Global Lead Buyer
► You’ll support creation of commodity strategy 
► You’ll collect information for cost saving projects
► You’ll do regular update of price development
► You’ll do regular update of supplier data via SAP, SRM, DCM, PILUM     
► You’ll document Purchasing decisions

► Education: University degree in relevant field
► Working Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in supply chain
► Language: Good language skills in English, further languages skills are welcome

Skills:

► Computer usage skills, especially in the MS Office package
► Power BI - will be consider as advantage
► Good organizational, presenting and communication skills
► Managing complexity
► Good organizational skills
► Assertive in communication

Additional:
► Willingness to travel (up to 20% of working time)
► Driving license B category (active driver)
