Bosch Motorsport develops and manufactures motorsport electronics and motorsport components. As a part of the system development partner Bosch Engineering systems, we deliver our products to complete racing series and individual teams. Job Description

Robert Bosch (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Undergraduate Sales Student to join our Motorsport team on a Part Time basis for 12-months commencing July 2025 based at our Clayton headquarters.

You will gain valuable experience and knowledge as an integral part of our team. Some of the tasks that you will undertake with us include: 

  • Ordering Process Support: Ensuring accurate and timely processing of sales orders to maintain customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Report Generation: Creating and distributing sales reports to provide insights and support decision-making within the sales team.
  • Customer Inquiry Management: Addressing and resolving customer inquiries promptly to uphold the company's reputation and customer service standards.
  • Automation and Outsourcing Project Support: Assisting in delivering projects for automation and outsourcing within order processing and customer inquiry management to improve efficiency.
  • Process Documentation Leadership: Leading the project to document and standardize sales processes, creating clear methodologies for common tasks to ensure consistency and quality.

Qualifications

To be considered for our Student Program, you are required to meet the following criteria:

  • Be currently enrolled in and have completed a minimum of 1 year towards a Business Undergraduate degree.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite Office at an Intermediate Level.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal including a strong focus on customer and stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent attention to detail, be able to prioritise multiple tasks, work well within a team.
  • Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders, including senior team members, while also working effectively individually.
  • Interest in motorsport, automotive, or performance parts industries is highly desirable.
  • Have a strong interest in innovation and open to opportunities to combine your studies with on-the-job learning.

Additional Information

An Assessment Centre will be held on Tuesday 3rd of June at our Clayton headquarters for shortlisted candidates, providing the opportunity to engage in group activities and a possible interview.
