What you’ll do

  • As the first hire for Card Operations at Bridge, you will be joining a small cross-functional team to shape all aspects of launching and growing our Cards business. Your key mission is to build the end-to-end card operations including compliance, risk, support and product operations. If you enjoy working in a creative environment where breaking new ground is business as usual, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Building Processes: Develop scalable processes and workflows to support Bridge’s customers and cardholders, to ensure compliance with our financial partners and to manage transaction risk of Card transactions.

  • Product Operations: Work in lock-step with Product and Engineering to grow our Card business, collate product feedback from Bridge customers and cardholders and work with our Go-to-Market teams to grow our Card adoption.

  • Data & Analytics: Own reporting tools and work together with Data Science to surface actionable insights into transaction data and adoption. Build dashboards and reporting structures that enable the team to make informed decisions.

  • Collaboration: Partner with GTM, Product, Operations, Engineering, and Marketing to align on growth strategies and maintain data integrity. Streamline cross-functional workflows to enhance the customer experience.

  • Financial Partnerships: Work together with our financial partners to ensure compliance to their standards, analyze trends and lead deep dives into specific areas.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in card operations or related roles, with a track record of supporting product teams, bridging technical and operational initiatives, and delivering measurable customer and operational impact.

  • Strong preference for experience in an API based business and in payments, fintech or crypto.

  • Intellectual curiosity to go deep on problems and opportunities, understand the issue and make sound decisions on how to move the business forward.

  • Enjoy dynamic environments and ability to adapt as the market, our business and our customers’ needs evolve.

  • Self directed, well organized and exceptional communication skills. You own your success within the organization.

  • Comfortable operating across various time zones.
