As Casa’s first Operations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our operations are efficient, scalable, and deliver a great experience for homeowners. This role might be a fit for someone with experience building support teams/functions, scaling internal operations, or executing on complex ops projects. You’ll take high-level ideas and turn them into processes that help Casa grow and maintain excellent service for every homeowner.
You’ll work closely with our founders, product team, and Concierge function to build the systems and workflows needed for both day-to-day operations and long-term growth. This is an opportunity to solve real operational challenges and make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Cross-Functional Project Management. Manage initiatives and projects that will help Casa scale. You’ll help turn high-level ideas into actionable plans, ensuring efficiency and delivering measurable outcomes.
Operational Playbooks & Process Optimization. Create and refine operational playbooks to ensure consistent execution and continuous improvement. Use data and feedback to address bottlenecks, improve workflows, and enhance the quality of both our digital and physical services.
Team Enablement & Internal Tooling. Collaborate with our engineering and product team members to develop tools and systems that empower our Ops teams. Ensure processes are streamlined, efficient, and designed for scalability.
Growth Strategy & Member Acquisition. Partner on initiatives to grow our member base, including marketing campaigns, referral programs, and partnerships. Use data insights to refine strategies and optimize for both acquisition and member satisfaction.
And everything in between. Be ready to roll up your sleeves to solve unexpected challenges, tackle special projects, and ensure operations run smoothly as we scale. Whether strategic or tactical, we’ll rely on your expertise and initiative to make it happen.
We’re looking for someone with a few years of hands-on experience in operations roles. You should have a strong operational sense and product instinct, love to keep things moving, and be equally comfortable solving an acute challenge of the day as you are thinking about long-term company strategy and direction.
