JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with Figma experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of design experience and a strong ability to create visually compelling designs while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires expertise in design tools, user-centered design principles, and the ability to translate insights into impactful graphic solutions.

This role is open to hybrid (Cebu City) or WFH setup, with a mid-shift schedule (1PM-10PM, Sun-Thu).

Key Responsibilities

Collaboration and Design:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business requirements.
• Participate in design discussions, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Design and Prototyping:

• Design mockup user interfaces using Figma.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, and visual designs that effectively communicate ideas.

• Design visually engaging graphics for various digital platforms.

User Research and Testing:

• Conduct user research and gather feedback to refine designs.
• Advocate for user needs and translate insights into meaningful graphic solutions.

Tool and Technology Expertise:

• Expert in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD
• Proficient in vector graphics using Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw.

Problem Solving and Adaptability:

• Address design challenges with data-driven decisions.
• Adapt to changing project requirements while maintaining quality.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay curious and challenge yourself with new ideas and tools to enhance design effectiveness.

Team Collaboration and Communication:

• Work effectively within cross-functional teams, communicating clearly and positively.
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Required Skills

• 5 years of design experience with a focus on graphic design.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and vector graphics tools to design user interfaces.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Optional Skills

• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
