We are looking for talents to join us on this exciting journey!ResponsibilitiesEstablish user-centered design methods for practice and experiment with new practices.Conduct User Experience (UX) design for a family of products within a focus area, or completion of design projects.Work closely with User Experience Researchers (UERs) and other User Experience (UX) or User Interaction (UI) designers, Product Managers in a variety of methodologies and throughout all stages of the design process to create useful and usable technology experiences.Serve as a technical resource for design tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Omnigraffle, Keynote, or After Effects to produce design mock-ups, prototypes, or motion studies.Communicate with technical teams on topics regarding Interaction Design practices.Contribute guidance, feedback, and resource on Interaction Design.QualificationsQualificationsMust have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Fine Arts, Art and Design, Digital Arts, Graphic Design, Communication Design, Computer Art, Arts and Technology, Information Studies, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Fine Arts, Art and Design, Digital Arts, Graphic Design, Communication Design, Computer Art, Arts and Technology, Information Studies, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, and 6 years related work experience, out of which 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience in each of the following:Designing User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) elements of mobile applications using Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe AE, Origami Studio, Framer, or Principle;Developing visual concepts, including generating ideas and sketches into visual concepts using Procreate or Boords, and transferring the hand drawings to digital graphics using Adobe Illustrator;Performing product refinement by designing and conducting usability research and consolidating results into actionable insights;Coordinating design team projects responsibilities throughout the full design project lifecycle;Working with front end engineers to build websites, landing pages, and H5 campaigns using Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or After Effects; andDefining product requirements and optimizing product user experience (UX) by collecting user pain points, reviewing competitor analysis, and analyzing user needs.Travel Requirement: Domestic and/or international travel up to 5% is required.Type: Full time, 40 hours/weekLocation: San Jose, CASalary Range: $217610 - $318960 per yearTo Apply, click the apply button below. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
