Assist with Installations & Maintenance – Support electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
Tool & Equipment Handling – Learn to properly use and care for tools and equipment under supervision.
Troubleshooting Support – Help identify and resolve basic electrical issues with guidance from a licensed electrician.
Safety & Compliance – Follow safety protocols and assist in ensuring compliance with national, state, and local electrical codes.
Technical Learning – Study electrical blueprints and diagrams and assist in interpreting them on the job.
Customer Service Support – Interact professionally with customers, maintaining a courteous and helpful demeanor at all times.
Job Site Preparation & Cleanup – Set up and maintain clean, organized job sites before and after each project.
Service Tracking – Assist in documenting work completed using trade software such as Service Titan or similar platforms.
Desire to Learn – Passion for the electrical trade and eagerness to grow through hands-on experience.
Education – High school diploma or GED required; enrollment in or completion of a trade school program is a plus.
Team Player – Willingness to work as part of a team and take direction from licensed electricians and supervisors.
Attention to Detail – Strong work ethic and commitment to learning best practices.
Communication Skills – Ability to interact professionally with both teammates and customers.
Driver’s License – Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Software Familiarity – Willingness to learn industry software like Service Titan.
