Inside Sales Manager

Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients an Inside Sales Manager in Oberhausen, Germany.

Responsibilities:

You advise customers on the phone about exciting products from our partners.

We are expanding our team in the Human Nutrition internal sales department for Germany and Austria. Your main task: You will actively take over telephone sales. Of course, you will receive extensive onboarding from us.

You will mainly look after existing customers. Cold calling on the phone is also part of the job.

You will carry out targeted sales campaigns to place our partners' products on the market. You will coordinate these with the internal sales management, suppliers and the technical field service team.

You use your sales and marketing expertise to prepare supplier portfolios, presentations and sales tools.

These ingredients are often unique solutions with which food manufacturers can optimize their products or initiate exciting new developments. What you have on the table today as a ground-breaking innovation may be part of an attractive food product in the supermarket in a few months' time!

You prepare quotations and calculations - both to support the customers of the technical field service and for your own customers. You will be supported by the internal sales processing team.

You prepare orders in the ERP system, maintain data in the CRM system, enter NCRs and clarify product availability. Your tasks also include forecasting, planning and scheduling.

The ongoing optimization of Internal Processes, Costs etc

Experience with raw material ingredients (Human Nutrition)

Native German, at least B2 in English
