Carrier Enterprise has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Engineering Sales Manager supporting our Florida market. Summary Carrier Enterprise (CE) is a national distributor of residential and light commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products, parts and supplies through licensed HVAC/R dealers and contractors. CE operates primarily in the business-to-business environment where its products are sold through licensed HVAC dealers and HVAC contractors. These dealers are independent companies that sell, deliver and service Carrier, Bryant & Payne products to residences and businesses in their respective markets. CE offers customers a wide range of HVAC/R product lines, competitive pricing, best in class customer service and valuable, timesaving services that positions CE as an industry leader. With over 200+ locations, in 28 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico and Canada there is a location to service our customers HVAC/R needs Objective The Commercial HVAC Sales Manager is responsible for leading and expanding our Commercial HVAC business in the assigned region, this would include achieving sales and margin plans for all lines of business. Key responsibilities include leading a high-performing sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and delivering solutions that meet the specific needs of key clients. This role involves working closely with a network of business partners, including commercial representatives, engineers, architects, and mechanical contractors, to drive business growth and profitability. The successful candidate will have a strategic focus, with proven experience in executing sales strategies for revenue growth and expense control. Duties And Responsibilities • Develop and implement market strategies to drive growth across all product lines. • Lead and Manage Sales Engineers and Inside Sales Engineers to achieve monthly sales and performance objectives. • Develop and cultivate relationships with Commercial customers and Mechanical Contractors. Implement and manage sales programs and promotions. • Partner with regional leadership to devise and deploy sales objectives and goals for the assigned market. Work with Carrier’s regional manager on marketing budget and inventory. • Develop strong working relationships internally with cross functional teams and externally with key contacts. • Develop and manage delivery of on-going training and education programs for the sales team Supervise staff, organize, assign, and monitor work processes. • Ability to travel up to 50% within assigned area.
