Fluentbe oferuje rozwiązania językowe dla B2B w Polsce, Czechach, Słowacji, Węgrzech i Hiszpanii. Miesięcznie realizujemy ponad 40 000 godzin lekcyjnych. Pracujemy w dwóch biurach: w Polsce i Hiszpanii, a połowa naszego zespołu pracuje zdalnie.

Opis stanowiska

Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Aktywny udział w projektowaniu i optymalizacji systemu sprzedaży i oferty Fluentbe wraz z zespołem zarządzającym.

  • Nawiązywanie i pogłębianie kontaktów z najważniejszymi Klientami oraz personalizacja rozwiązań według ich oczekiwań.

  • Osiąganie wyznaczonych celów sprzedażowych przy jednoczesnym zapewnieniu najwyższych standardów obsługi Klienta.

  • Rozwój i doskonalenie rozwiązań Fluentbe od odpowiedzi na sugestie i komentarze otrzymane od Klientów.

  • Monitoring efektywności sprzedaży oraz implementacja innowacyjnych metod i planów działania w odpowiedzi na zmieniające się  wymagania rynkowe.
