Character.AI’s Product Strategy & Operations team drives high-impact initiatives at the intersection of product, marketing, and business growth. As an MBA Intern, you’ll take on strategic projects that sharpen company direction, uncover key insights, and align cross-functional teams around what matters most.
This is a rare opportunity to work alongside senior leaders across product, engineering, marketing, and business operations — and help shape the future of a fast-growing AI company. We’re looking for someone who brings sharp thinking, analytical horsepower, and a collaborative mindset.
Lead a strategic project focused on uncovering growth opportunities through deep analysis of the competitive landscape and market dynamics
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform international expansion strategy—focusing on localization needs, user behavior, and positioning in high-potential non-US markets
Support go-to-market planning for upcoming feature launches by mapping out timelines, target segments, and messaging opportunities across owned channels
Present findings and strategic recommendations to product leaders and/or the executive team
Currently enrolled in an MBA program (required)
3–5+ years of experience in consulting, finance, product/marketing/business strategy and operations, or similar at a leading startup, tech/media company, or consulting firm
Comfort navigating ambiguity and a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
A passion for emerging technology and product strategy
