At Chesapeake Dental Specialists, our doctors and team members are dedicated to providing specialized dental care for patients requiring oral surgery and endodontic treatment. Each team member takes pride in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our patients. The doctors and the staff at Chesapeake Dental Specialists are proud of the work they do and are committed to offering patients, the most comfortable and relaxing dental experience. 

Responsibilities

As a Patient Coordinator, you play an important role in our office and  perform a wide range of responsibilities, to include:

  • Greet and check patients in and out, before and after treatment.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
  • Verify insurance for all clinical appointments.
  • Develop and maintain doctor/hygiene schedules as necessary.
  • Answer phones

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of two years of front office experience preferably in a dental setting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred.
