Responsibilities:
  • Issuing and sending sales invoices in our billing systems (NetSuite) in compliance with internal company policies and procedures. 
  • Proactively propose and implement checks to avoid mismatches.
  • Monitoring and verifying the correctness of subscription agreements and orders in our customer relationship system (Salesforce) and ensuring reconciliation of Salesforce data to NetSuite Invoiced Data.
  • Uploading sales invoices through customer payment portals.
  • Responsible for supporting Brandwatch sales team with providing relevant documents and information to register us as a vendor.  
  • Ensuring effective and smooth communication with Brandwatch's customers.
  • Track, review, and complete Salesforce cases. 
  • Perform regular checks of Sales orders in NetSuite and fix any discrepancies. 
  • Be a key user of the core revenue systems.
  • Assisting with monthly and ad hoc reporting to executive management and our parent company, Cision.
  • Assisting in ad hoc requests within the Finance team ensuring maximum efficiency and scalability of processes.
  • Collaborating with the Credit Control team on outstanding balances and billing related requests.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.
  • Support the team in the revenue related sub-projects within Finance: NetSuite integration, merging and integration of core billing systems, tax systems (Avalara).


Experience & Qualifications:
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Good knowledge in accounting practices
  • Ability to communicate and interact well with business partners and colleagues
  • Good command of English Language
  • Willingness and ability to work in a team, under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Close attention to detail and ability to work independently. 
  • NetSuite experience desirable but not essential
