Relationship Banking Manager

Citizens State Bank is a community-oriented bank dedicated to providing exceptional banking services to individuals and businesses. We are currently seeking a Relationship Banking Manager to lead and inspire our retail team while cultivating relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate goal achievement through ongoing coaching and training of retail team members
  • Direct, coordinate, and monitor activities of the retail staff
  • Open/close accounts; cross-sell products during account opening
  • Maintain knowledge of deposit and loan products and promote office growth
  • Perform customer service-related activities to create and maintain relationships
  • Evaluate needs of customers and offer appropriate bank products and services
  • Communicate with customers to resolve problems
  • Active community involvement

The bank is headquartered in Hudson and has four additional offices to serve its customers -- Elmwood, Menomonie, Roberts, and Woodville.

  • Two to five years of similar or related work experience. Prior banking experience preferred.
  • Managerial experience, strong leadership skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Customer service experience, excellent customer service skills.
  • High school education or GED.
