Wess Cason Realty is hiring a Property Management Admin Assistant to join our team!

We are looking for highly organized and motivated candidates just like you to ensure efficient and smooth daily operations. We are offering a starting hourly rate of $18 to $22, depending on your experience.

This is a high call volume and fast paced role, this person must thrive in a fast and busy environment! This position will also assist with most of the daily administrative tasks - warranty calls, data entry, and customer follow up

  • 2 years of experience in a high volume customer support or sales setting
  • Willing to work in-person at our Matthews office
  • Previous experience in a construction, home services, or real estate setting
  • High School Diploma or GED (College degree preferred)
  • Experience with Appfolio Property Management software required
  • Experience in Property Management required
