In this role, you'll be hands-on, supervising daily construction schedules and ensuring that homes are delivered on time with zero defects at closing. If you love working in a team environment, you’ll be coordinating with various trades and community teams, conducting inspections, and facilitating walkthroughs with customers. Every day will bring new challenges and learning opportunities as you tackle punch lists, oversee the cleanliness of job sites, and resolve homeowner issues promptly alongside our Customer Care Associates.
