Client Success Executive

Climate Action are seeking a dynamic Client Success Executive to join our team. In this pivotal role, the Client Success Executive will support the account management of our sponsorship and exhibition partnerships, acting as a customer care agent for our clients. The Client Success Executive will oversee the contractual deliverables for clients, onboarding clients and handling client requests and feedback. The Client Success Executive will also assist the sales team with key administrative tasks when required, contributing to the success of our high-profile events.

You will act as a vital link between our sponsors, exhibitors and internal departments, including marketing, conference production, sales and operations. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator who thrives in engaging with stakeholders virtually, over the phone, and in person. A keen interest in climate change and sustainability will be a significant advantage.

This role offers the exciting opportunity to collaborate with some of the most reputable brands and UN agencies in the climate and sustainability space. You will contribute to meaningful events that address global challenges while developing your expertise in client and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Act as the main point of contact for sponsors and exhibitors, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention including responding to clients in a timely and effective manner

·       Build and maintain strong, professional relationships to foster client satisfaction and long-term partnerships

·       Review, interpret, and ensure strict adherence to contractual agreements with sponsors and exhibitors

·       Track and manage all deliverables, timelines, and obligations outlined in contracts to ensure successful execution using campaign trackers

·       Assist in conducting onboarding calls to familiarize clients with deliverable and expectations

·       Develop and update key client resources, including media packs and tracking links

·       Work collaboratively with internal departments to deliver outstanding client satisfaction such as to coordinate the timely delivery of branding, marketing collateral, and promotional content for sponsors amongst other key benefits

·       Support onsite delivery ensuring all elements align with client expectations such as exhibition set-up

·       Gather feedback from clients post-event to identify improvement opportunities and suggest innovative solutions for future sponsorship packages, rebooks and exhibitor experiences

·       Coordinate and track additional client services or upgrades, ensuring proper billing and contract amendments as needed

·       Support the creation and delivery of the post-event reports and attendance lists to share with sponsors and internal stakeholders to demonstrate sponsorship value, ROI and the event success

·       Facilitate clear, consistent communication with all clients regarding event schedules, expectations, and any changes to contractual agreements

·       Ensure all contractual deliverables meet event branding guidelines, compliance standards, and contractual specifications

·       Proactively identify and mitigate risks that could impact deliverable fulfillment or client satisfaction

·       Address any event changes or updates swiftly and effectively to ensure seamless execution of sponsor and exhibitor commitments

·       Create sponsor and exhibitor partnership agreements (contracts) for events using standard templates

·       Collate and distribute inbound leads to appropriate team members

·       Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client and sales data

·       Regularly update internal documents, including sales ledgers, live sales boards, and weekly sales reports

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

A minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or event operations within a commercial conference or exhibition company

·       Educated to degree level and potentially masters level

·       Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

·       Highly motivated, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

·       Passion for sustainability (desirable but not essential)

·       Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, CRM and LinkedIn

·       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

·       Self-starter that can work independently and as part of a team
