Responsibilities

  • Assess program effectiveness and make improvements.
  • Provide support to new hires during onboarding.
  • Report and communicate training activities to senior management.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field; certifications are a plus
