We are seeking a highly skilled DX Product Manager with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Communication Management Persona & Journey Mapping Product & Data Analytics Strategic Thinking Prototyping and Product Lifecycle Management. Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is essential. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.

Location - Chicago, IL. This is a hybrid role.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 and $150,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of product strategies to enhance user experiences and drive business growth.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analytics to inform product decisions and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
  • Conduct persona and journey mapping to understand user needs and pain points and create tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain communication management plans to ensure clear and consistent messaging across all stakeholders.
  • Utilize strategic thinking to identify market opportunities and develop competitive product positioning.
  • Create prototypes to validate product concepts and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure alignment of product initiatives with overall company goals and customer needs.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration between engineering design marketing and other teams to deliver cohesive products.
