RN, CV ICU

As an RN in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at Community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care with an impressive RN-to-patient ratio, typically 1:2, but flexibly arranged to provide 1:1 care as needed. You'll work side by side with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and integrate crucial care plans tailored to each individual’s health status.

To work as an RN in the CV ICU at Community, a current and valid Registered Nurse license in California is essential, along with a High School Diploma or equivalent qualifications. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate novice to advanced beginner clinical proficiency and hold a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with an Adult Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within the first three months of hire.
