We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist who can manage and grow our online presence across multiple channels. If you’re an expert in email marketing, social media management, and SEO with a proven track record of driving results, we’d love to meet you!Responsibilities:As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive conversions. Your primary responsibilities will include:• Email Marketing:• Craft and execute targeted email campaigns, ensuring they are personalized and optimized for engagement.• Manage and enrich email lists to improve deliverability and relevance.• Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to optimize campaigns.• Social Media Management:• Develop and manage content calendars for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google My Business.• Create engaging posts (written and visual) that align with our brand and resonate with our audience.• Monitor and respond to comments and messages, building relationships with our community.• Track social media analytics to gauge effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.• SEO:• Optimize our website for search engines, improving rankings for key terms• Conduct on-page and off-page SEO, including keyword research, content optimization, and backlink building.• Collaborate with our development team to address any technical SEO issues.• Provide regular reports on SEO performance and recommend strategies for growth.Qualifications:• Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, social media management, and SEO.• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign) and social media scheduling tools such as (e.g., Metricool, Hootsuite).• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page and off-page techniques.• Proficient in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to measure performance and guide strategy.• Excellent communication skills and the ability to write engaging content across multiple channels.• Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and attention to detail.• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Bonus Skills:• Experience in healthcare or wellness marketing.• Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and techniques.• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).• Self-Taught and MotivatedBenefits:• Flexible working hours.• Opportunity to work with a cutting-edge healthcare company.• Competitive salary and potential for growth.How to Apply:Please submit your resume, a brief cover letter, and examples of successful campaigns you’ve managed in email, social media, or SEO.
