Job Description

CyberArk is seeking an Identity Security Growth Campaign Manager to orchestrate the marketing strategy to improve the growth of our Product-Led Sales self-service product programs. The Identity Security Growth Campaign Manager is a critical role, designing and delivering effective programs to educate the market and drive demand for our solutions worldwide. You will be an integral part of a newly formed, cross-functional PLG team owning the planning and executing of a product-led marketing strategy. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and strategic thinker, applying a data driven mindset to developing and executing leading edge marketing programs. This person is an excellent communicator with a passion for building consensus across a wide variety of organizational stakeholders, achieving alignment on goals and cohesive execution of the marketing plan.

This role will report to the Director of Identity Security Campaigns, and you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise and implement innovative marketing strategies sought at attracting and retaining self-service customers, boosting revenue, and growing CyberArk’s market share.

  • This unique role will require working cross-functionally to drive impact across every step of the customer journey.
  • Work with the wider marketing organization (including but not limited to campaigns, web, SEO and paid digital), to build out new and integrate with existing acquisition campaigns and experiments to generate user growth.
  • Develop nurture strategy and framework in collaboration with marketing automation team to ensure maximum lead conversion.
  • Partner with PMM, web, automation and product teams to map out self-serve user journeys to enhance self-service adoption.
  • Assist the Product Led Sales team in designing and building a streamlined sign-up experience.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user actions and engagement rates, optimizing onboarding flows accordingly.
  • Data-driven mindset with a willingness to experiment. Monitor metrics to pinpoint areas for improvement and explore innovative ways to impact core metrics.
  • Align with partner marketing team to ensure marketplace optimizations.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in growth marketing, product led sales, product led growth or similar roles. Cybersecurity marketing experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communicator, comfortable navigating large teams and operating cross-functionally with stakeholders.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a deep understanding of campaign creation, tools and platforms used across digital tactics.
  • Familiarity with the data ecosystem, buyer and user personas.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with marketing automation and program collaboration tools: SFDC, Marketo, 6Sense, Demandbase, Microsoft Suite, PathFactory, Uberflip, Drift etc. AI marketing tool knowledge is a plus.  
  • Knowledge of SEO standard methodologies.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience in partner marketing and collaborating with Cloud Providers.

The salary range for this position is $116,000-$160,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
