About the opportunity
We are seeking a Marketing & Campaign Operations manager with a focus on campaign and performance operations and reporting to join our Growth & Performance Marketing team, focused on supporting company growth and marketing initiatives. The person in this role must be a self-starter who has a passion for operations, data, technology and analytics with very strong emphasis on b2b Marketing operations. Reporting to the Director Marketing Operations, they will help scale the operations of our Global Marketing & Sales organizations. This individual will have expertise in providing Marketing business stakeholders scalable solutions to support campaigns including post-campaign analysis that helps drive spend, campaign and marketing activities that drive real pipeline and revenue value to the business.
What to expect?
- Manage campaign operations from setup through to post-campaign effectiveness reporting
- Help drive optimizations to and oversee Marketo setup including the lead management, scoring, routing, and nurture process
- Develop and drive campaign operations processes including “speed to lead” initiatives to ensure proper setup, flow, and follow up for campaigns and programs
- Identify and create new campaign templates that could be used by our large global marketing team
- Monitor and report on effectiveness metrics related to tactics and programs managed by the marketing automation platform and related applications.
- Actively identify and remove obstacles preventing our Marketing teams from trusting and using data effectively including partnership with our Salesforce Admins and Revenue Operations teams to ensure proper systems setup for Marketing reporting.
- Own demand performance reporting and insights to identify and evaluate opportunities to drive funnel conversion
- Iterate with key stakeholders to improve and maintain dashboards and accurate pipeline measurement and sourcing
- Database management: govern lead list imports, database cleanliness and organization, field updates, deliverability, and regulation
- Regular analysis of Marketing funnel data broken down by Region, Territory, Campaign, Channel to help the Marketing team with key decisions on spend and types of campaigns will drive the most value.
- Manage the automation of data tracking for marketing sourced attribution to support Marketing’s reporting (including data extraction, analysis, and recommendations)
- Fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests for global marketing organization and identify opportunities for improved reporting
- Support the installation and maintenance of marketing automation systems
- Create and maintain training and documentation on processes and system configuration
- Educate members of the sales and marketing organization on best practices and enforce SLAs
- Perform routine reconciliations between Marketing systems and Salesforce to ensure data alignment
- Collaborate with the Sales Operations, Field Operations, Salesforce admins and BDR leadership to assure full cycle follow through across systems for Marketing Leads and MQLs
What you need to be successful
- You have 4-6 years of experience working in marketing operations at a B2B SaaS company
- You have 4-6 years of experience with Marketing & Sales automation tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Outreach, and Leandata
- 4-6 years experience b2b Marketing Data Analysis and Insights presentation
- You are an analytical thinker and proficient with Excel and Google Sheets
- Are able to pull insights from complex data sets and present these insights to Marketing business owners
- You are organized and able to work on both long-term projects and requests requiring a quick turnaround
- You are capable of turning large sets of data into actionable insights
- You love working cross functionally and globally to support the broader team’s goals
- You’re curious, insightful, and are a detail-oriented operator who can see the big picture
- Fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests and identify opportunities for improved reporting
- Adhere to data governance standards and perform regular data quality audits: upload, update and maintain Salesforce records, perform weekly data scrubs

The salary range is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in New York if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on a specific location, internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees, and certifications (e.g., JD/technology).
New York Salary Range: $115,000 - $122,500
