About the role

They need someone who will own our email program, completely. Email is their lifeline to every fella going through a major health transformation.

This is a full-time, fully remote role.

Must-haves

  • Worked as an Email Marketer for +5 years

  • You are highly proficient in email tech stack (if it breaks, you can fix it right away)

  • You've owned serious numbers before. You understand email attribution models, know how to set up meaningful tests, and can spot a statistical fluke from a mile away. Most importantly, you know which metrics actually matter.

  • Proficient in automatizing processes

  • You have experience in fast paced environment and work fast!

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: US$24k-US$45k annual salary, including 13th month pay & equity
