About the role:


The Information Systems Department (ISD) mission is to provide solutions, tools, services and data insights to Contentsquare employees, enabling them to work effectively and efficiently. As part of the strategic “One” program aiming to merge information systems of companies acquired by Contentsquare, in 2024 one of the most critical ISD projects has been to lead the implementation of the new ERP Workday Financial. 

In this context, we are looking for a new Finance Systems Engineer to manage, administrate and maintain Contentsquare Group core financial applications. You’ll join a highly international company in a strong transformation process, with the willingness to become a scalable IS organisation.


What you will do:
  • Become a technical and functional expert of Workday, the Contentsquare main financial system, and manage major upstream and downstream interfaces for customers & contracts (Salesforce), banks, fx rates, collection, tax and e-invoicing.
  • Partner with business teams, in particular finance to capture, analyse, challenge and prioritize business requirements: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury, etc.
  • Define the best technical and functional solutions for business needs and long term sustainable architecture, configure the changes or monitor the integrators, test and finally validate with the business process owners for deployment.
  • Lead daily smooth operations of Workday Financial via ticketing process, support users, troubleshoot issues, provide training, manage security, user roles and permissions.
  • Create reports for business teams and setup practices to maintain data quality.
  • Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities, recommend improvements and ensure system compliance.
  • Oversee some of the systems interfaced with Workday like bank management, fx rates, collection, tax and e-invoicing.
  • Document and keep up to date guides and technical documentation for end users and internal/external auditors.
  • Embrace ISD project methodology and work in sprint mode (cycles), following best-in-class engineering practices and participating in continuous improvements.


What you need to succeed:
  • You have at least 5 years experience working as ERP administrators, technical or functional expert/consultant. At least 2 years experience with Workday would be a real plus.
  • You have demonstrated experience in ERP administration, doing implementation, configuration, customization, reporting and troubleshooting issues.
  • You are strongly familiar with the main Finance processes: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury, etc.
  • You are autonomous, proactive and you have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge needs in order to develop effective solutions.
  • You have great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multi-functional teams.
  • You are a team player, passionate, open minded but you know how to say “no”.You speak English fluently and ideally French.
