Business Support Administrator

Due to the rapid growth of our VANTAGE business, Control Risks is seeking a candidate with strong initiative to oversee all aspects of project delivery and business administration. The individual will be responsible for providing operational support in accordance with all project and company policies and procedures, as well as establishing and streamlining processes to drive efficiency and accelerate growth.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Client project coordination

  • Provide first level of client task management, processing client orders and recording them in internal system. Escalate ambiguous orders to relevant stakeholders
  • ·Support the delivery management team with general day-to-day operational tasks and address issues when they arise

Financial support

  • Provide internal and external reports on database usage

 

Operational support

  • Timesheet reporting
  • Support the creation of training materials and internal reference documents where required
  • Maintain up to date client records and service tracking
  • Provide client usage reports as required
  • Carry out ad-hoc tasks for the Sales and Client Services teams

 

Essential

  • Full fluency in English
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation
  • Confident to raise concerns and discuss solutions
  • Educated to A level/local equivalent; Educated to degree level is desirable
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Office; Dynamics 365 and SharePoint would be advantageous
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to establish effective and strong working relationships with internal and external contacts
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, demonstrating resilience

Preferred

  • Education or work experience in compliance sector
  • Prior experience of using internal enterprise systems
