Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is an opportunity to make a real impact by enhancing safety culture, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance in a collaborative environment. The position will report to the EHS Manager and support 3 sites.

  • Identify and Mitigate Risks:
    • Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
    • Analyze EHS data and prepare comprehensive reports to track key performance indicators and identify trends
    • Implement and maintain EHS compliance programs in accordance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements
  • Promote Safety Culture:

    • Collaborate with leadership to strengthen EHS initiatives, raise environmental awareness, and embed safety as a core value.

    • Coordinate and deliver safety training programs while maintaining detailed training records.

  • Ensure Preparedness: Assist in emergency response planning, conduct safety drills, and support industrial hygiene monitoring.

  • Drive Compliance: Monitor environmental programs, manage waste activities, and maintain all necessary documentation including procedures, policies, and training materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental health and safety, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of project management, program development, or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • General knowledge of Safety, OSHA regulations and EPA requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting safety audits and risk assessments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience with safety management systems and EHS metrics tracking
  • Knowledge of industrial hygiene principles and monitoring techniques
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong investigative and root cause analysis skills
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs
  • Familiarity with environmental compliance and waste management regulations
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
