Strong analytical skills
Experience in purchasing or procurement in the cannabis industry
Knowledge of retail business and customers
Financial planning and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

Analyzing reports and data to make informed decisions
Driving the strategic direction for the area focusing on pricing, assortment, brands, and promotions
Collaborating with various teams to optimize inventory and drive sales
Building strong vendor relationships and negotiating deals

Education

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
3-6 years of experience in a Buyer role
3+ years of experience in retail industry
