Agora é sua chance! Estamos com uma nova vaga no nosso departamento de Digital para atuar como Gerente de Contas para atender cliente do segmento de entretenimento, no nosso escritório de São Paulo!


Atualmente estamos trabalhando de maneira híbrida - 2 dias no escritório e 3 dias remoto.

Estamos localizados na região de Pinheiros, ao lado da estação Fradique Coutinho do metrô.

Escopo de atividades:
  • Relacionamento e aconselhamento estratégico para o cliente;
  • Acompanhamento do escopo de trabalho e entregas da equipe;
  • Garantia de qualidade das entregas;
  • Gestão de projetos - acompanhamento escopos, prazos, budget, KPIs;
  • Liderança no desenvolvimento, revisão e validação de planos estratégicos de comunicação para clientes, incluindo atividades principalmente orgânicas com imprensa e influenciadores digitais;
  • Participação em reuniões de briefings e alinhamento de estratégias de comunicação com cliente;
  • Acompanhamento de jornalistas e influenciadores em eventos e ativações dos clientes;
  • Gestão financeira da conta (Project Manager: aprovações timesheet, cobranças cliente, acompanhamento financeiro do projeto);
  • Análise regular do projeto (over/under service; entrega escopo contratado);
  • Autonomia para gestão de crises e issues;
  • Gestão e Coordenação de Equipe:
  • Acompanhamento do desenvolvimento técnico de cada membro da equipe direta;
  • Aconselhamento estratégico e tático para a equipe;


Pré-requisitos:
  • Formação em Jornalismo, Relações Públicas ou áreas afins;
  • Experiência com grandes clientes, preferencialmente dos segmentos de: consumo, tecnologia, entretenimento. Histórico de relacionamento com imprensa de negócios, jornalismo e entretenimento.
  • Experiência com gestão de atividades estratégicas e operacionais;
  • SoftSkills: Proatividade, agilidade e organização serão imprescindíveis;
  • Experiência com gestão de crises, projetos e pessoas;
  • Inglês Avançado/Fluente;
  • Conhecimento e interesse pelo mercado de tecnologia/entretenimento é desejável, inclusive considerando seus temas sensíveis e regulatórios;
