Position Profile:
· Earn the respect and loyalty of customers
· Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
· Strong contract management and risk management
· Work well in a team environment
Building strong and long-lasting relationships:
· Help grow and build our Roofing Service business
· Work with National team to build local presence and assist on local relationships with national clients
· Communication with existing customers and explain Flynn Service opportunities
· Regular follow-up on quotes and tenders
· Attend association, industry, and networking events
· Plan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on interests of the client
· Work with Local and National team to promote Flynn’s brand and services through marketing and social media channels
What We Are Seeking
· Ability to conduct presentations virtually Supporting corporate initiatives and business development objectives.
Technical skills and responsibilities:
· Supporting corporate initiatives and business development objectives
· Proficiency in MS office package, including MS Project
· Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities
· Strong negotiation skills
