Datadog is looking for a visionary Leader of Sales Engineering to lead and scale a high-performing team of Sales Engineers and regional Sales Engineering leaders across the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. This includes supporting Commercial, Mid-Market, and Enterprise sales engineering teams across India, ASEAN, Australia, New Zealand, Korea, and Japan.
This is a strategic leadership role with regional and global impact. You will define the Sales Engineering strategy for APJ, lead a geographically distributed team, and act as a regional voice in global discussions with Product Management, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams—ensuring that customer needs in APJ influence Datadog’s global direction.
