Position Summary:

As a Part-Time Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator with Atlantis Plumbing, your professionalism, organization, and communication skills help shape the daily operations and customer experience. You will serve as a key point of contact for both customers and internal teams. This role involves coordinating service calls, managing communication flow, and ensuring accurate information is relayed between parties—all while upholding our company’s commitment to outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, gather and record accurate customer information.
  • Prioritize and schedule service calls based on urgency and availability.
  • Follow up on open jobs and estimates, ensuring customers are informed and supported.
  • Assist during peak periods to maintain service levels.
  • Address and escalate customer concerns when needed.
  • Distinguish between serious service requests and general inquiries.
  • Provide support as part of the on-call rotation (optional based on availability).

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, focused, and organized during high call volume periods.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently.
  • Proficient with basic computer applications (Email, Excel, Word, Google Calendar).
  • CRM experience is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-first mindset.  Self-motivated with minimal supervision required.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1–2 years in a dispatching, call center, or customer service role preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and using a computer.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
