Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Ops teams (core business, fintech, employee experience, customer support) cross-functional partners to find opportunities to increase operational efficiency and scale our business effectively
Take full ownership of data initiatives, working autonomously without supervision.
Build and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
Manage stakeholder relationships, including senior leadership and C-level executives, effectively communicating insights and recommendations.
Create and promote effective self-service analytics infrastructure for your areas
Develop user-friendly dashboards and high-quality data visualizations that drive actions and support decision making
Work in tandem with Analytics Engineers, sharing requirements for DBT models, in order to create the cleanest data structures and KPIs for your product areas
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in data analytics team
Fluent in SQL, experience building and maintaining data models in dbt or similar tooling
Strong ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and drive initiatives from start to finish.
Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication skills and experience dealing with stakeholders of varying seniority
You are naturally curious and enjoy challenging the status quo
