Junior Designer (6 month FTC)

DEPT® is looking for a Junior Designer to join our Personalised Content team, creating emotive and impactful designs for our clients.

Skills

  • Digital design experience on industry standard frameworks like Figma
  • Experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
  • Good eye for visual design and understanding of layout, type and fonts
  • Basic understanding of UX principles
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Understand project requirements and concepts, working on a brief from start to finish
  • Designing responsive emails and landing pages
  • Storyboarding and designing paid social ads
  • Creating marketing display banners from scratch
  • Animate engaging and disruptive videos for social
  • Work closely with the production team to deliver multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Liaise with clients and explain design thinking
  • Research latest design trends

Education

  • Degree in Design or related field
  • Relevant certifications in digital design (preferred)
