What’s the opportunity?


Sales Development Representative to be in charge of identifying and generating sales opportunities by developing outbound leads.


What will I be doing?
  • Respond, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries globally
  • Be the owner of the outbound process and pipeline
  • Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email
  • Act as the subject matter expert on dLocal product offerings/solution
  • Work within Sales and Marketing to optimize the lead funnel
  • Use CRMs, dashboards, and Business Intelligence tools to efficiently input and track data
  • Identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence


What skills do I need?
  • 1-3 years of proven excellence in business development and/or sales
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
  • Experience with CRM applications
  • Experience in payments or other financial systems and thorough knowledge of the market is a plus
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
