Plots is getting Gen Z off their phones and into real life. We're the event discovery platform that turns digital connections into actual friendships, helping our generation find and meet people at high-quality local events they'll love.

The Role’s Mission

You are joining a team that drives local market expansion and brand presence. As City Launcher, you'll establish Plots' footprint in New York, Miami, or Las Vegas by building relationships with key players in the local event scene and creating a strong community presence. You'll work directly with the sales team to identify and connect with potential event hosts while being the face of Plots in your market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend and document 4 events per week to build market intelligence and establish Plots' presence

  • Maintain detailed CRM records of all venue, promoter, and event host relationships

  • Create and manage a comprehensive event calendar for your market

  • Build and nurture relationships with local event companies, DJs, and promoters

  • Identify and qualify venue partnerships and event host opportunities

  • Serve as the local brand ambassador, representing Plots' values and mission

  • Document market insights and develop scalable processes for future expansion

First 90 Days

Day 30 - Integration & Market Mapping. Create comprehensive event calendar for your market. Generate first 10 qualified leads for the sales team. Begin attending local events and establishing initial connections.

Day 60 - Network Development & Process Creation. Become well-integrated into the local scene. Document market insights and establish reporting processes with the sales team. Build initial relationship network with key industry players.

Day 90 - Network Mastery & Lead Generation. Achieve strong network position (1-2 degrees of separation from key players). Maintain steady flow of qualified leads to sales team. Refine market expansion playbook based on learnings.
