Driftwood Capital is a vertically integrated commercial real estate investment, development, and lending platform specializing in hospitality. The principals of Driftwood Capital boast a 30+ year track record transacting on more than $5 billion in hospitality assets through various affiliated management and ownership entities. All Driftwood Capital funds benefit from the principals’ affiliation with Driftwood Hospitality Management (“DHM”), one of the largest private hotel management companies in the United States.


Driftwood Capital is looking for a skilled Graphic Designer proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.), Canva, and emerging AI-powered design tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, creativity, and the ability to produce high-quality visuals across digital and print formats. Experience in real estate, commercial real estate, investment (private equity) marketing is a plus but not required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create compelling visuals, branding materials, presentations, and marketing assets.
  • Design engaging digital and print content, including brochures, social media graphics, website assets, and promotional materials.
  • Utilize AI-driven tools and modern design platforms to enhance efficiency and creativity.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and investment teams to develop visually appealing campaigns.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and AI innovations.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience with Canva, Figma, and AI-powered design tools (such as MidJourney, DALL·E, or Runway).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
  • Knowledge of digital and print design principles.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Experience in real estate or commercial real estate marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
