We’re building a best in class Go-To-Market (GTM) organization across sales, customer success, and marketing – and we are looking for an entrepreneurial engineer to lead our Revenue Operations function. The ideal candidate is a strong engineer interested in solving complex business challenges with technology and AI. Your mandate will be to dramatically increase our GTM efficiency, and you will work closely with our GTM, engineering, and leadership teams to build workflows, investigate key business questions, and optimize our tooling and systems.

Automate and optimize workflows across marketing, sales, customer success, and finance systems.
Develop, integrate, and maintain Revenue Operations technology stack including CRM, marketing automation, data platforms, finance, and customer success platforms.
Build and deploy AI-powered solutions to improve forecasting, customer segmentation, customer health scoring, and operational efficiency.
Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports to provide real-time insights to GTM leadership, while analyzing metrics and trends such as win rates, deal velocity, pipeline coverage, churn risk, DAU / MAU to inform strategic decisions.
Analyze and troubleshoot GTM bottlenecks, surfacing opportunities for workflow automation or process improvements that reduce friction, expedite deals, and grow ARR.
1-2 years of technical experience with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field from a top-tier university
Strong coding skills (Python, JavaScript, SQL)
Experience with APIs, data pipelines, and workflow automation (Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, etc.)
Interest in (and experience with) AI-driven solutions, machine learning models, and LLM integration
Problem-solving mindset, capable of analyzing business challenges and developing scalable technical solutions
General familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and RevOps tooling (GTM analytics, lead scoring, customer health scoring, etc.)
The expected salary and bonus range for this position is $150,000 – $250,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience. Additional benefits include equity, flexible vacation (especially during school holiday periods), and a technology stipend.
